Q : Who are we?
A : We are an online Bus ticket resellerr who is operated and regulated under the management of Green Myanmar Travel & Tours Co., Ltd . We have committed this service with the intention to introduce our customer with most convenience booking experience that include SMS-ticket delivery system, MPU/ Visa/Master card payment purchase method, and to integrate with bus lines for better sale and booking purpose. Q : What is the procedure with Bus ticketing system?
A : As soon as we received the booking along with full payment , we will go ahead and book the seat. We will send out Initial sms to acknowledge within 48 hours of receiving your booking.
Due to the seat assign policy with Bus companies, we can only send complete SMS-ticket along with seat number 7 days before the travel date at earliest.
(Regarding with ticket for shared taxi, the seat number will come out only 3 days before the travel date due to the assign policy of Taxi companies)

Q : How soon will I get seat number?
A : Due to the strict seat assignment policy of Bus companies, we can only provide the seat number 7 days before the travel date as earliest.

Q : How do I know /trace my ticket status?
A: You can always see the booking status and download the E-ticket when it is ready. All you have to do is type in the Ticket/Reference Number in the Track ticket status field on top right cornor of every page on our website.
(If your ticket is in complete stage, you can also directly download your complete e-ticket on it.)

Q : Why haven't I received my initial SMS with ticket information immediately after making the payment?
A : Due to the fact that we review all bookings before processing further, it might takes sometime but no more than 48 hours.

Q : What is the office opening hours?
A : Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, except public holiday.

Q :The Travel date is very close. What if I still haven't got the Complete SMS-ticket yet?
A : You should receive your complete SMS-ticket 7 days before your travel date. Alternatively, you can download /track your e-ticket with ticket reference number on Home Page of our website (www.bnfexpress.com). You can also call us on (+95)9 420077655 .

Q : How are the payment process? Is it secure?
A : We do accept either MPU/Visa/Master card payment, Paypal, bank transfer or deposit to our BNF registered account methods. Our newly integrated BNF Topup will allow us to pay all our services such as Car Rental, Flight, Bus, Hotel and Mart.

Q : Can't book some date. Why some date are blocked?
A: There are certain days that some bus line doesn't run such as Myanmar New Year festival season.

Q : Why can't I book for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow?
A: Our system only allow the booking that are 1 days in advance to Travel date so that it will give us sometime to review and operate before we actually issue the Complete ticket to our customer.

Q : What is the different between VIP 2+1 seat and Normal 2+2 seat?
A: It mean the number of seat in a roll on bus which mean 2+1 has more space than 2+2.

Q : What do I need to bring to Bus station to take bus?
A : You just need to provide our complete SMS or E-ticket at the Bus gate along with your NRC no or Passport no to verify that you are the right passenger. Moreover, passengers are suggested to bring along their NRC or Passport when they travel at all time.

Q : Can I amend, cancel or refund?
A : Amendment, Cancellation and Refund are not permitted after issuing Complete E-Ticket.
The following cancellation and refund policy apply;
- Cancellation and refund can be made within 28 days of purchase providing the complete e-ticket with seat no is not issued at the time the cancellation request is made. Cancellation fees of 3USD or equivalent Myanmar currency per seat apply.
- Amendment can be made anytime providing the complete e-ticket with seat no is not issued at the time the amendment request is made. However, 2USD or equivalent Myanmar currency of amendment fees per seat apply.
- All cancellation and amendment request must be done by writing to our email at [email protected]
- Any credit or refund will be made to you either in BNF Express Credit or original form of payment. All refunds will be in currency in which you originally paid for the booking.
- It will usually take 2 to 3 working days to reach the fund if you paid with BNF Account, BNF Topup, in cash or Bank transfer, and 10 to 14 working days to reach to your bank if you paid in card such as MPU, VISA, MASER card depend on the bank’s procedure that the fund has to go through to return.
- Any amendment, any chargeable amount has to pay separately in prior to amendment process.

Remark: For Bank Transfer payment, you can make payment at bank (over the counter) or using ibanking or mobile banking. After payment is done, please send 1) the bank receipt or screenshot of transfer, and 2) Your BNF account ID or Booking reference number to Viber number. Then we will check the payment and top up your BNF balance.

Q: How can I refill/ top up my BNFexpress account during office closing hour?
A: We have auto refill payment methods. They are MPU card , KBZ direct pay and CB Pay . By using this payment methods, you don't need to inform us to refill your deposit account and it will be automatically refilled after payment is successful.

Q: Can I withdraw or get refund my money back from BNF express Account?
A: Money or balance from BNF Express account is non refundable and will not be able to withdraw in any type of transactions that can be converted in monetary form but can be utilized in purchasing phone bill top up or any of our services/ products.

Q: Can I use MPU cards (ATM card) of any banks to buy ticket online?
A: Yes. But your MPU card need to activate E-commerce at corresponding bank of your card.

Q : Why didn't we get hotel drop off service in some city such as Bagan?
A: Because some Regional or bus gate authority like Bagan restricts bus companies not to do hotel drop off in Bagan for International Traveller to protect local taxi/car rental business. That is same no matter where you buy the ticket from, which agent or booking site including Myanmar Bus Ticket you are booking with, or which Bus you are taking with.
Since the local authority's and bus companies' policies may change from time to time, it is best to ask your bus driver for hotel drop off availability when you board on the bus.
