{answer} A. We are open every day from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no holidays.{/answer}

{answer} A. Once we receive your booking with full payment, we will proceed with ticket booking. An initial confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. After the ticket is issued, a complete email with the attached ticket will be sent.{/answer}

{answer} A. All bookings are reviewed before processing, so it may take some time, but not more than 24 hours.{/answer}

{answer} A. Some airlines do not operate on certain dates, such as during Myanmar New Year holiday periods.{/answer}

{question}Q.9. How many days in advance can I make a booking on the BNF Express mini app before my travel date?{/question}
{answer} A. On the BNF Express mini app, bookings can only be made at least 2 days before the travel date.{/answer}
{question}Q.10. Can I cancel or get a refund?{/question}
{answer}A. Normally, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded because payment is sent to the airline immediately. However, some airlines may allow changes or cancellations with applicable fees. Requests must be submitted via email. Refunds, if approved, will be issued as Credit Code or via the original payment method.{/answer}
